Karim founded and operated 19 successful companies in eight countries. He made his first million by the age of 26 by buying and fixing distressed properties and businesses. For over 40 years Karim has developed, invested in, financed, brokered, managed and consulted in real estate properties in 8 countries. These properties have ranged from single family homes to condo projects and apartment buildings, from shopping centers to offices, and industrial buildings--from hotels to land, and mixed use properties. He has built from scratch, remodeled, fixed up, and converted properties for different uses in order to maximize the return on investments. In 1984 he was the first to convert an industrial building in downtown Los Angeles into artist lofts. His offices have handled over twenty billion dollars in real estate transactions. Karim writes, teaches, and speaks about real estate frequently. He has been published in over 116 business and real estate publications nationwide. As well as 62 newsletters. Karim is the author of the best seller book “The Smart Real Estate Investors ‘Guide: Your Guide to Create Wealth in Any Economy.” Karim enjoys reading, tennis, skiing, traveling and is passionate about helping others. Most importantly, for over 40 years, Karim has committed and never failed to help at least one person every single day. Mr. Jaude is a Co-Chair and a Member of the Riviera Country Club and Rotary.
