He has founded and operated 19 successful companies in eight countries and made his first million by the age of 26 by buying and fixing up distressed properties and businesses. That year he established two Charitable Foundations: one for Education and one for healthcare.

For 22 years, Karim has organized and sponsored real estate conferences with a diverse group of professional speakers covering different topics every month. In the previous twelve years, he has organized and sponsored the real estate syndication and crowd funded summit, an all-day conference inviting 35 speakers covering real estate syndication and crowdfunding.
